In order to qualify for a return or replacement the request must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. If the request is done within the 14 days, please be sure to not throw any of the product away, as per our shipper's policy proof of damage may be required. Customers may also be asked to bring the damaged goods to their local postal office/UPS office or FedEx office in order for the claim to be processed further. Failure to bring damaged products to the nearest affiliated office will result in denial of the claim. For the canned products there is a chance for denting in shipment, as long as the cans are not punctured, leaking or severely deformed a refund will not be given. Refunds will not be given for:
Products that spoil due to natural disaster and weather delays.
Customer provided the wrong mailing address for delivery.
Package was delivered, intact and in good condition but sat out in the elements too long.
Customer selected the wrong product or quantities when placing the order.
Order arrived intact and in good condition, but products did not meet customer satisfaction.
Return or replacement was not done within the 14 day time frame.

For gift boxes, we may substitute products of equal value in the event that an item is out of stock. This is to ensure that gift boxes ship out in a timely manner and prevents delays. If you wish to not have anything substituted, please specify in the comments section or contact our business office.
When shipping to Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio in the winter months, the product is put into an insulated carrier with ice packs and then put into a box for shipment.
In the summer months when shipping to Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, the product is frozen in our below zero freezer for one whole day, packaged into an insulated carrier with ice packs, and then packaged in a box for shipment.
Year round shipping to warmer climates ALL products are frozen in a below zero freezer for one day, and then placed into an insulated carrier with gel packs and then put into a box for shipment.
We do not use dry ice when we ship out products. If a product comes to you warm, and was not out in the elements for an extended period of time, please contact email@example.com to discuss the best way to get a refund or to get the product reshipped to you.
Tracking information is sent to the email provided so that the package can be tracked every segment of it's journey to the recipient.
